Have you ever been mistreated at a restaurant?

I swear, the lead actor is one of my most favorite. He is one my best reasons why I've subscribed to Dramatize Me.He has such a strong and powerful character in every episodes that I've watched. From being the head chef and chief of police. I truly admire his brilliant acting.Hats off to you sir.

There should be a part 2 there they go to court and the restaurant manager and staff go to prison. Liam and his wife are offered co owners by the current owner. A whole new staff is hired. There is more restaurants established and all people that had been discriminated against are offered positions in the restaurants and also paid back for all damages and support. I would like to see something like that.

Laughed when the couple received a check to prepay, instead of their food! "Check? Where is the food?" 🤣

When you judge someone by their appearance, it doesn't define who they are, it defines who you are!! Never judge someone by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character!!

as a black person, it is so difficult to watch these knowing that there are people who believe and act this way. always putting obstacles in your way when you are just trying to live. please know that whatever you hate in other races you can and will always find in your own. treat people as individuals and not a monolith.

Filming the interaction was brilliant - you cannot deny something happening in real time and once the audience sees the posted video feed, it cannot be unseen. Expect the restaurant to be closed within a few weeks.

Something similar happened to me when I was with an ex who is Indian. We decided not to fight it and not to give our business to a racist restaurant. We turned the corner and found a wonderful restaurant and received excellent service and food. From a purely business standpoint, discriminating against customers is a stupid move

Being treated like that, I would have been left. I refuse to spend my money at a place where I'm being judged by the color of my skin.

I wouldn't even continue to dine there. I'd walk out. They'll get no business/money from me. And if I saw that happening to someone else I'd walk out too.

Wow! That is so sad how they treated that couple...Thank goodness they recorded it. One of the hardest things about these things is that you usually don't.have the proof or witness who would be willing to come forward. Smart couple to record it, and shared it. Imagine having a business that depends on customers, but you are chasing customers away just because of their skin color. I hope they learn their lesson...the look on their faces had me chuckling..😂😂😂.

The wife played completely reasonable. Please keep on making these videos that comment on the injustices that take place in the world.

The absolutely unbelievable behaviour by the staff working in this restaurant, especially the contempt and arrogance shown by the manager, I just wonder in Part 2 how willing he would be to face the consequences of his actions and be disgraced by being escorted from the establishment in handcuffs, then I think it would definitely sink in that nobody whatever their skin color is has their rights violated, Please for Part 2

Racism will never end and it’s bad to be racist you should never judge the color of their skin and the worst part is if you’re working at a job or anywhere else it can get you in trouble karma will always come back to get them.

I count myself be very grateful and blessed because being Black myself, I never really had to go through the crap this couple went through but I have witnessed it. Rest assured discrimination like this goes on every single day not just in the states, but all around the world. Discrimination needs to be exposed whenever or wherever it rears its ugly head.

I’ve never witnessed racism in public personally, but I know for a fact that if I saw this happening in a restaurant or any public place, I’d seriously lose it and give those racist pigs a piece of my mind.

Manager = spineless coward for trying to look good in front of the customers whilst telling the staff to be racist

The worst treatment that my wife and I had as a black couple at restaurants was once at a Perkins and we usually never go there but it was close and we were hungry so we went in and the front staff all white folks looked at us and turned around and kept talking amongst themselves and never looked back at us so my wife said something like we would like a table and one of them with an attitude took us to the table and threw the menus on the table and I said eff this we out. If they would not have judged us they would have seen that we tip extremely well and are good customers, another time was in Sugarland Texas when the staff at this seafood place never even acknowledged us one time and we were ghost from that joint as well. Racism is so harmful to the human psyche of black folks that we tend to die earlier because of the severe stress of everyday garden variety of racism.

This is is what I hate the most, racism. The restaurant staff got what's coming to them. Now that they've been recorded, I doubt that the other restaurants will ever hire them. In my country UAE we have strict laws against racism and article No. 5 of the the UAE Decree-Law stated that if anyone commits any acts of discrimination in any form will face prison from 5 to 10 years in prison and/or pay the fine no less than AED 500,000 ((UAH 4,000,000)) and no more than AED 1000,000 ((UAH 10,000,000))

It's totally absurd that incidents like the one that this scenario is based on is actually happening in a country that have claimed to be a country of peace, tolerance and justice for decades.

its sad things like this happens its wrong to treat people like this based on they skin color. i learned from my mom to treat people the way i want to be treated and its true skin color does not matter the only thing that matters is the good in peoples hearts rule 1 dont judge anyone just because they black or white the way you dont want to be treated.

This actually happened to me, I walked into a restaurant and they told me it was full but there were plenty of seats open. The one couple in front left and said I could have it and it pissed off the waiter. As I sat down I heard him call me the n word as he walked away and I said to him no you are the NGR he got in my face and said im not black. I told him it means dumb and stupid and your making yourself look like an uppity NGR. He tried to swing at me and he missed. The cops show up later and he got arrested for assault and lost his job. The manager begged me not to report anything but I told him its not hard to be an American. If you don’t like equal rights you don’t belong in this country.

I had this problem once in a restaurant with my future wife. We were seated 20 earlier at a Red Lobster and a white couple order was taking.

The ending was ok. Whre was the owner to tell the waitress, the secuirty and the manager should be fired? That would make the ending even better.
