Ahhh...remember when they were a real band? MFF just bringing it! Those were the days
@mr.k905Ай бұрын
"Were"? "Real"? What are you talking about? They are still around and they sound/play/sing better than ever!! Chris does not mumble anymore and the band is hitting the notes! ...Fame isn't everything, you know. For real people it's all about the music, not status.

@@mr.k905 yes , kind of, but I'm also on board with that certain combinations of musicians make a special band unlike "2 brothers and some hired guns". Same goes for the current AC/DC tour by the way. If you've never been , absolutely go see them, If you were lucky enough to see TBC with Gorman & Ford or AC/DC with Rudd & Malcolm, don't. These two bands are shining examples of how much a drummer contributes to a band even if they are not "Keith Moon / John Bonham" famous.

As always! TBC haven’t been the same since Marc Ford and Steve Gorman got tired of the Robinson Bros constant bickering, greed,and egomaniac shit and left. I love TBC but CR and RR are not the same Black Crowes without MF and SG.. never will be again unfortunately unless a miracle happens, which I highly doubt since Gormans book paints a different portrait of the brothers…and it isn’t a very pretty portrait either. Lol

Saw this tour (and this lineup several times.) Ford's playing in the Boston area next month and looking forward to it.

The night everybody fell asleep at a gig of the Black Crowes.

well they had top slots on the festival circuit to become the biggest band in the world if they've just played Hard To Handle, Sting Me & Remedy........ and they decided not to. I loved every minute of it but the crowd was baffled....

It's a SHAME that they don't have the SAME energy today, or at least do a long JAM with Isaiah in the new shows
@afmartin2734 Жыл бұрын
Isaiah can't come close to Ford in terms of Ford playing off Rich so well. That's a gift. If Mitchell had it, you'd see it.

Young bands have the energy and the creative force. They get older, they get richer, they get comfortable. The all do it. Pearl Jam. Crowes. Cornell before he passed. The ones that don't, should slow down. No one wants to see a 55 year old man gasping for air running around trying to sing. I am talking to you vince neil.

You can't be this dumb can you? Do you really think someone is gonna have the same energy in their youth that they would have at an elder age? Dumb!

true, can happen when you are playing a show wayyyy bigger than normal (yes, and drugs 😂), check the Gronningen show for comparison, he's in top form , best My Morning Song version I've seen. but here the band is on point with beautiful sounding guitars nicely panned left and right. you can't have everything I guess...
