I believe the significance of Ghost Abraham Lincoln, a Republican, helping out Black Dynamite in a fight against another Republican; Nixon is a commentary on how Lincoln would have certainly rebuked the current state of the Republican party in the 70's possibly and possibly the 21st Century as well.
