Another test with the Blazar Remus Anamorphic 65mm and the Blackmagic Full Frame 6k. We went hiking in the northern Black Forest :)

Nice lens flare through the forest. Love the moodiness of the film. Have a great day.

Very nice video, nice atmosphere. I love my FX3, but the Blackmagic colors mmmm, it has something indescribable

Damn, never knew 65 mm anamorphic could look this wide and cinematic. Beautiful ❤

I'm thinking about making the same purchase, it would be wonderful if you added some extra specifications... In what mode did you record? or what diphragm did you use? How is the super 35 or 6:5 mode with REMUS in T4? I don't really like the exaggeration of distortion at the edges and I think these modes would help a lot.

I‘d say go for it its a no brainer! Its all recorder in 3:2 Open Gate. And you could easily correct the barrel distortion in davinci. I didnt to show the characteristics. I tried to be wide open but most of the shots are between t2.8 - t4.

@@janhillmann ok! thanks. did you use stabilizer in post? Why are there some super strange vibrations in the trees at 0:17 or are they created by the lens?
