95 g flour (1 spoon missing in 1 glass)
35 g starch (2 full tablespoons)
30 g cocoa (2 full tablespoons)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
10 g baking powder (1 pack)
Pastry Cream:
500 ml milk (2.5 cups)
1 egg yolk
80 g sugar (5-6 tablespoons)
40 g flour (2.5 tablespoons)
35 g starch (2.5 tablespoons)
70 gr whipped powder (1/2 pack)
50 g labneh/philadelphia cheese (1 full tablespoon)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 packet of vanilla sugar
60 g white chocolate
Fruit Sauce:
120 g cherries (1/2 cup)
100 g blackberries (up to 10)
50 g strawberries (5-6 pieces)
95 g sugar (about 5-6 tablespoons)
18 ml of water (about 2 tablespoons)
10 g starch (1 teaspoon)
5 g vanillin (1 pack)
Outer Coating:
200 ml cold cream
15 g powdered sugar (1 tablespoon)
60 g chocolate (melted in bain-marie)
100 g chocolate (on the cake, used for decoration)
