Ugh, didn’t think to check into Sephora's involvement in isr*el, thanks for that reminder. I purchase almost exclusively from small businesses, but did purchase from them during their fall savings event.

I picked up all of the DCs from NLS this time plus the okra gel. I've tried their rose conditioner and one other and really liked it, so the conditioners seemed like a safe bet.

Yeah Miche was very interesting this year . They did 20 percent off each day for one limited edition collection and then Wednesday all the limited editions were 20 percent off. But it was super annoying because the 20 percent was like 24 hours and then some 20 percent sales were only for 1 hour .They did have the warm sugar cookie and sweet pumpkin spice deep conditioners they brought it back in October I think but then didn’t restock for Black Friday so by then they were both sold out .

And with multiple days of that and still having to pay shipping, yeah I wasn’t feeling it. They’re were doing too much and not enough all at the same time.

Yeah. Based on those who hold ownership of Sephora it’s just smarter to avoid them. Right now I’m just focusing on indies because majority of these conglomerates are anti-Palestine 😞

Either would be great it just depends on your preferences. If you want something a bit thicker with more emollients the go Honey & Hibiscus. If you want complete hydration without a lot of weight then you’ll love Pink Superfoods.

So it looks like they have a free shipping option for Black Friday orders so hopefully that’ll stand when the sale starts. They definitely struggle with BF so I’m crossing my fingers. I preferred when they just did world natural hair show sales instead.

They posted about it like an hour ago. Starting at midnight - 2 a.m. EST everything is 40% off. The sale will go down to 30% afterward.

I feel you. The insane rise in cost of materials is taking a lot of these small brands out and out-pricing the customer. Have you emailed them about your rewards? She’s super sweet so I’m sure if there’s a solution she’ll find one.

What is a good leave in for high porosity 4 c hair with shescentit?

I would go for one of the milks. They have the same spread of the leave-ins they offer, but more emollients. The Marula mallow and Pomegranate Pear Moisture milks are my faves.
