What’s great about a lot of classic manga works is that while they have signatures of their cultures they are least can stand together much better along side works from around the world, compared to a lot of modern works from manga and anime, even some western works, especially due to how mor appealing it can be to a child while still conveying realistic and serious problems in some shape or form without covering it with something like “power of love or power of friendship alone” based on how these worlds are write non, just one could be its hero, one can be the many positive villains within it, some bad, some even worse, in all shapes and form, through all genres and concepts while still conveying its story well and giving a message, and acknowledging the concepts or implying them decently explicit, Cobra Commander would be able to put much as a fight against the Cyborgs as Black Ghost. Are you sure Skull (aka Scarl, Sekar) was a Kamen Rider and not some renegade Foundation X Dopant using the Skull Gaia Memory who thinks he's a cyborg? The cheesy dialog fits with how retro this whole series was, admittedly.

@@ShadowSonic2 Sometimes it was a bit overboard but generally I feel it's part of the charm. Our main villain chewing the scenery while relishing in how evil he is makes him a real treat to watch. Even with the cheesy dialogue the series does still manage to make the people we are meant to sympathize with feel human.

Dragonstormx realistically his threats are far more believable than the time “realism” has led to people and characters simply saying messed up shit, Black Ghost is straight to the point, like some sort of smart general or politician. He’s like Cobra Commander from the toy line from Hasbro.
