I wonder how ULTRA compares to the two. I was looking for a mod that sort of had Black Ice's sensibilities but without wild overcomplications and found that one pretty recently.

Ultra is my favourite for industry but alot of the other stuff is not as good (differing stats for same level equipment)

Probably Black Ice dev had a job, as this is not the first time I seeing game crashed after peace conference regarding axis capitulation. Recently Bittersteel played Black Ice as Soviet Union & his game also crashed after capitulating all major axis power.

I literally downloaded the game for free, just go to skidrow reloaded and search for hearts of iron 4, then you can download the latest version of hoi4, for free and you can install mods for free because the game also has the game launcher, you're welcome
