@@jac6547 I disagree, yes it is entirely possible cause it happens often, that people get wrapped up in the hype of a movie, especially when you are at a theater and the experience, of experiencing an event with a crowd, can influence your opinion on whether a films good or not, but then they watch it by themselves, or as adults, and only have their sole experience to influence their enjoyment, and then you’ll find this movie is shit. In regards to only film buffs and critics being capable of judging a film, I ask this for starters: how many years of film school I gotta take to know why I believe I know why Bay’s Transformers is garbage

The moors science was in place long before the moors existed. Math and science was used before the unification of the two lands upper and lower KMT. The Egyptian mystery system was school and many existed. The Nubians used maths and advanced sciences as well. Also so did the nokk empire all of these kingdoms are older than moors. Also the Ethiopian Egyptian/ Nubians empire well past Britain. Long even before the Minoans and Alexander Crete was under black control.

So basically, just like today. Black people give us everything, teach us how to dress, carry ourselves, hygiene, dance, sing, make amazing music and we treat them like court jesters at best. The more things change, the more they stay the same, I guess. At least black people got to be kings in the UK. The Kings of Scotland, the Stuarts, were black kings. The guy who wrote the King James Bible was a black king from the Stuart line. I'm not religious anymore, but when I found that out, I started to look at the original King James Bible in a whole new light. A lot of that anti-gay stuff wasn't in there originally. Apparently James I was getting his Ru Paul on, too. Interesting stuff.

Okay I can buy a lot of things, I can buy him going back in time, hooking up with the princess, even not being killed on the spot for being mistaken as a Moor. I can buy that as hard to believe as all that is, BUT to make me believe that Martin Lawrence was able to forge not only an sword and bring in pyrotechnics for his shield, but ALSO a fully functional suit of armor with chainmail in a single night? No. That is beyond impossible to believe because that type of project would take a hell of a lot longer than a few hours to create. Just no lol because this guy was not a forge master at his job so he'd have needed to get measurements, the right material together, and be able to expertly craft and tailor that armor to fit him and actually be effective and there's no way he wouldn't have screwed up multiple times. I'd have bought it if he gave up and had a bunch of other people make it for him but his character was not a guy with any experience in that area. Just no. UPDATE: Actually they could have made that funny! While the epic music swells as he tries making his armor have a few shots of him messing up and getting annoyed, eventually he gives up and gets a bunch of other blacksmiths in camp to make it for him and he goes to bed, all while the epic music is playing over the scene. That would be genuinely funny or if you want to add a joke in after have the scene play out and when he rides in during the seige, someone hits his armor with an arrow and it breaks off his body, his sword breaks after someone hits it and he goes "Oh shit!" and they can have a joke where he rushed it and it is a bunch of ineffective junk!

It's a movie that sound racist in its premise but it's actually not. 90's and early 2000's just know how to have fun with the elements such as race (Black Knight), crossdressing (Mrs Doubtfire) or sex exchange (Hot Chick). Today we would only get these themes as some serious dramas about social struggle and creators would still be deemed racist or transphobic
