takara messed up with mpm ironhide bmb dodges the bird again (the bird being a bad figure) and bmb being making good figures and overall going for gold

Yeah I honestly sort of regret buying the MPM Ironhide. But I ordered BMB's IH because their improvements seemed worthy of double dipping.

What batteries do you use for him? On my Copy in the battery slots it says: AG3x2, which are the LR41 batteries. But they are loose inside. Am I using the wrong ones? Which ones are the right for this figure?

More or less. But you've gotta consider the Topkick is almost as big as a Peterbilt, so it's close enough.
