Raiden was one of the VRs developed at 0 Plant, it is a very important machine, along with Bal-Bas-Bow and Fei-Yen. Former was responsible for refined V-converters via a failed Mind Shift Battle System (M.S.B.S) Synchronization process while the latter could enter C.I.S. space with little problems due to it not using an M.S.B.S. but rather an artificial intelligence/ego. Raiden however was an XMU (Experimental Master Unit) and one of the earliest officially released Virtuaroids for Limited Wars. So Raiden, BBB, and Fei-Yen are very important machines. Each heavily shaping the history of the Virtual Century's warfare and OverTechnology refinement.
