they do that to ETs, they take the DNA from ETs found in Downed UFO, they clone the beings, & they put integrated circuits & other tech in their brains to control em, they call these PLF, Programmed Life Forms, they use them in Abductions & Psyops, most Likely they r doing it to create Human/ET Hybrids to give the impression that ETs r doing DNA manipulation on Humans & BS, to serve the Long Term Agenda which is Demonizing ETs & Presenting em as a Threat to justify Attacking & Fighting "em", & Enrich the MIC & unite Humans around an interplanetary War which they will make using Antigrav ARVs PLFs, Psychotronics etc to Establish ' Full Spectrum Dominance ' or what people Call ' New World Order ' .
