TACO 22 Mini BIke build and top-speed run.
Installed a Tillotson 225 and a custom gas tank along with a Stinger exhaust on the Taco 22 mini bike. Tested the bike for top speed.

Coolness! Can't wait til I can afford my first bike- (second childhood) Now 61 yo..had bikes back in the early 1970's. Tougher times now. Great video and sweet bike!

I bought my first Wren Mini Bike from JC Penney in 1969. These days I own and ride Harley-Davidson motorcycles but I still love classic mini bikes! I may restore one! A great build with your Taco! Have fun!

My first lil" radness in 73"'was a purple taco w5 hp briggs , traded for my matthews MS -1 mono shock bike with girder forks since he got a a suzuki TM 185" , & I got a yz 80" the a insane maico 250, braaap braaat burrraaap

Those engines are so beautiful 😍 they should be wrapped in surran wrap and put up somewhere cool and dry with some salt packs to keep everything around them settled no dust lol ❤ I have my mount carbon fiber wrapped too but I don't go telling everybody that's a big rule in this minibike Gang stuff ya kno lol

Runs great with that 225! That pipe looks killer!, now i need one lol. You should try an 18 tooth max torque clutch with that 60 tooth rear sprocket and see how fast it goes👍🤔

Hey, the boys from Cars and Cameras are running Bonneville speed trials at the end of the month. Im not sure how far that is for you but might be fun to go to watch! See if they can get a mini bike well over 100 mph

You can't go wrong with a tillotson engine, I built mine three years ago When I get app to 67 Miles per hour, it starts cutting out and will go dead., It just started this 2 weeks ago., In the comments will be greatly appreciated, I can't remember what Pound Springs are used., I had a stroke, and it screwed up my short-term memory., This is just a suggestion, Someone stole my My Coleman CT 200 UEX., When I got it back they Painted it, silver., I took the fenders in the fake gas tank. / Glove box off and painted it flat black. I might Be biased but I think it looks D*** good, Thank you for your videos.

If it's got a low oil sensor when the oil moves around it cuts fire out and will shut the engine down

Sounds like it’s starved of fuel maybe run a pump or make sure it’s gravity fed good

Hey b66 I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to anywhere I put in a new mongoose .272 lift Cam and changed to a 0.10 head gasket and now im having no luck getting it started I've adjusted my valves and clearances the cam and still nothing do you have any suggestions?

Hey friend, how are you? I come to you a lot for advice now I’m going to give you some. I took my minibike out. It’s 100%. I put brand new bearings in it everything I never ride unless I go over the bike. At 50 miles an hour the rear wheel locked up because the bearings froze, now I lay in a hospital, a separated, shoulder, a broken left arm and five broken ribs, I vowed never to ride again please be careful please

Hope you have a speedy recovery. Two Fridays ago I crashed my Coleman off road. Was my fault not watching the terrain. Luckily was a slow speed crash. The helmet, long sleeve shirt and gloves really helped. If I didn't have a helmet on it could have been pretty bad because I pretty much went over the bar and the first thing to contact the ground was the side of my face. Took a hard strike to the chest from the handlebar and can still feel pain from it. Odd thing was that after the crash I got up and continued riding. The pain started coming on hard during the drive home from the riding trip a few hours later.

@@Black66 it’s gonna be a bitch. I have $2000 into my bike. The only damage is the rubber hand grip on the left side has damage. I can’t even get myself to change the bearings physically and mentally the first person to drop 500 can have the bike it has a stage three predator engine on a 1970 Bird Minibike with suspension on all four corners, and thank you for the get well soon
