If BB had captured the strawhats at Jaya would Robin have joined BB to stay alive? On the one hand, she still didn't know the straw hats that well and had not traveled with them for more than a couple days/weeks. On the other hand, she was very impressed with the strawhats for saving Alabasta, and she seemed to have a good understanding/respect for Luffy after he stopped crocodile. What would have happened when Kuzan decided to look for Robin? Would BB have fought him to keep Robin (not for Robin but for her reading abilities)? I'm pretty sure that back in the days when BB got his 2nd devil fruit, the Gorosei themselves said "this never happened in history before" or something along these lines, so most probably Rocks never had a 2nd one, unless it was so stealthily used no one would ever notice, like Burgess' Strong-Strong fruit, if Rocks was a Buccaneer people would write it off as "oh, it's just his superhuman body, don't worry". The most plausible thing to me would be that BB is a mix of two races, perhaps both Lunarian and Buccaneer, and somehow the perks of each race did not mix and technically a side of his body might be genetically different than the other. Also, if not that, I would really consider some sort of siamese theory, sometimes in real life people are born with a dead siamese(conjoined twin) inside them rather than outside. Basically one fetus absorbs the other one into his own body during gestation. That would technically solve the multiple souls theory and why he is able to have two DFs, considering that the other fetus' soul might still reside in BB. However, if anything "occult" like this is the case, I'm pretty sure Brook would be the one to reveal this to the Straw Hats if they ever face each other.

My favorite idea is the 3 heart theory. I saw some where that 3 9 9 6 translates to San kokoro which is "3 hearts" which is his new bounty. I'm also so sure that BB has a mythical zoan fruit already. The dark dark fruit has to be a zoan.

i wonder how likely it is that the yami yami no mi is actually a secret mythic zoan like the gomu gomu no mi. given how he knew that was the specific DF he wanted and the likelihood that it was the DF Rocks had, it feels pretty likely that theres at least something special about it that weve yet to see. the fact it functions so much different than other Logia would also support that theory.

I thought of a way that Shanks could be the final villain. After Blackbeard & Imu are defeated, Luffy has become pirate King & armed himself with the One Piece & ancient weapons, he will try to destroy the Red Line & create the All Blue. Shanks opposes this & will defend the red line & seek to destroy the ancient weapons. He means well but believes destroying the red line will cause catastrophic damage to the world. So Luffy will have to get through Shanks to make his dream come true.

Did he train the ring to act based on the stances he strikes before the ring had a fruit, hence before it had a mind that would make it trainable? Even if he spoke orders, a ring has no ears. How did he train him? b) If that's the case, what prevented Vegapunk from feeding Paramecia and Logia fruits to inanimate objects? It was clearly stated it can only be done with Zoans. If every fruit has its own mind, then why the limitation? The process to "feed" the fruit would be the same, or extremely similar, and as we've seen with Bonney, it can be done with Paramecia fruits as well. Why is it not a thing, if possible, when even someone as bottom of the barrel as Mr. 4 has a handcannon that ate the Inu Inu no Mi, model: Dachshund? But more importantly, c) The "have their own will" thing was said solely and specifically about Zoan fruits, which fits what I explained previously. The "Zoan" clarification would've been completely unneeded if it was a rule for all DFs. So no, the ring theory cannot be a thing. I'm sorry for those who want it to be a thing, it's always been impossible, it contradicts rules established before and after, and it cannot work even applying One Piece logic to it.

I think it's possible that Blackbeard is basically...everything. He might be a mix of EVERY race in the One Piece World. Fish Men, Giants, Buccaneers, Lunarians, etc. He might be the "perfect mutt" as it were, with the best attributes of all those races, completely by accident. I mean, what do you get if you mix all the colors together? Black! Both the absence and combination of all other colors and light.Those rings represent each one of his past family members. Each from a different race. All coming together in him.

One of the upcoming battle will be like the valley incident, luffy teaming up with coby like roger with garp. They didn't just show that incident without doing nothing about it. Blackbeard is really going for king of the world like rocks.

Tekking may of heard this before but I think since we haven't seen a scene of black beard using crazy strong haki that end game has to be 3 devil fruit or more and awakening them. Think about it this way he has a crazy paramecia and logia already all he needs is a zoan.

My theory for why Blackbeard has multiple devil fruit is that he found a devil fruit called the dog dog fruit mythical variant model Cerberus that lets him consume 3 total devil fruits, he has a common theme of 3 but only has 2 known devil fruits, so if he had 3rd that only has the effect of allowing you to eat 2 other devil fruits it would explain it
