While BF4 was still the most active Battlefield game a year ago there were less and less servers as time went on. Since there often times wasn't an alternative server for us to go to in the US when a cheater would join we instead decided to make whatever server we were in work or last as long as we could. This meant hunting down and killing the cheater enough times to where they would either leave or turn on enough things to get FairFight banned.
Because of FairFight cheaters are limited in what they can do or at the very least their time in the server is limited.
