_-makes sure to use gas that can be stored for at least 2 YEARS within 6 months_ _-not only puts the fill date on can, but also use by date AND LAMINATES label_ _-keeps more gas in storage than most families have in the tanks of two OR THREE of their cars_ No offense, but I think you might be _a smidge_ past "crazy prepared" and a bit into slightly-paranoid territory...

Nice video, FYI, these NATO cans are 20 liters cans so they should hold 5.2 gallons

I use the cheaper wavian cans from harbor freight and just rite metal cans. Pri -g is the best for stabilizing. I put it in 2y/o 2cycle fuel i forgot about and the leaf blower ran like it had fresh gas. I put some in my snow blower and it ran great too. I use 1/2 oz per 5 gal and retreat once a year.

I couldn't find official usage instructions for Pri-g online, but does this mean Pri-g is four times more concentrated than Sta-bil?

@@h8GW the bottle says 1 oz per 16 gal. Whole bottle treats 256 gal. I don't know what stabil concentration is.

@@electromech7335 Sta-bil's recommendation is 1oz per 2.5 gallons -but I use twice as much for REALLY old gas,- so _daaang,_ that's some concentrated stuff.

There is no way to store gas for a long period of time, its a chemical and chemicals do breakdown. I know, I have made a career out of rebuilding carbs with old gas in them. This is just plain stupid.

Thanks for watching! Storing it for 6-12 months with fuel stabilizer and then refreshing it by putting it in your car with new fuel is perfectly fine!
