Lisa captured me literally from their debut to their latest album era. There's just something about her that's unique from the rest. Her charisma pulls you in and the fact that she's very talented? It's just hard to shift biases. She's great not just in their music videos but she knows how to wow the audience, she knows how to perform well and literally money well spent if you watch her on tour. She never slacks, never lacks, and she knows how to switch from a cutie to a baddie so well.

Can relate...I'm OT4 but JENSOO is my bias line .. I just feel like the Unnies have more to unleash yet they are often subtle about their actual skills... and to me they are the actual badasses IRL-- they are transparent yet msyterious at the same time. And unlike the maknaes that could be put in specific boxes, Jensoo have an abyss of tricks up their sleeeves. They are also the least to put up with BS. They don't try to be sweet when they they don't have to be although they are real darlings...

I actually love the difference and contrast you see between the maknae line and the unnie line. Including that Chaelisa and Jensoo are best friends ever since trainee days. The maknae line are very energetic, likes to give to fans, and naturally has a sweet image while the Unnie line takes charge, observant and thoughtful, and calm.

Did either of you watch Blackpink's global live streamed concert, The Show, last January? It was AMAZING! Lisa had a solo stage where she covered Doja Cat's Say So! Lisa wrote her own rap for it and helped plan the choreography. It was fire!! Also, Arianna Grande wrote Ice Cream.

Actually all 4 of them always rep their respective brands during the HYLT era, like that scene in the ice cream parlour where they were in their black & white outfits, Rosé was in YSL, Jisoo in Dior, Lisa in Celine and Jennie in Chanel. It’s pretty common when they do their press, stage performances & other MVs too.

Meaning of Lisa's bars at the beginning: She said that "snow cone chilly" references jewelry, "being 'coldhearted,' and just having that 'icy cool' demeanor." She also references the 1993 film, Free Willy as well a Michael Jackson's hit song, "Billie Jean." In the line about Moses, Bekuh is saying "I’m gonna need you to top that if you’re my man." She explained, "That is the standard. If you can’t part a sea… then you can’t party with me." And while "keep it fresh like roses" seems like a pretty straightforward line, Bekuh explained that it also means that her guy should keep things interesting in the relationship. "Don’t get boring, buy me roses, surprise me. All that," she said.

- HYLT The aesthitic for this MV is so freacking SUPREME! This is Lisa era, GODDAMNIT! Her energu here is beyond amazing! - ICE CREAM Yeaaaaah... however! Honestly, Selena Gomez stole all my attention. Sorry LOL - LOVESICK GIRLS I just don't know why, but god dammit, this song gives me goosebump. The harmonization in the chorus is so damn perfect that I always got, kind of, emotional. I dont know. Rose and Jisoo in the bridge are singing with so much passion. It´s gorgeous.

11:08 SPOILERS FOR SNOWDROP . . . . . . . . . . . no bc us blinks have NEVER seen jisoo cry like just once for 10 seconds on another artists mv...........and then she comes in snowdrop and her character cries EVERY episode after episode 6 (rightfully so, Eun Young Ro was going trough it) , like girl i dont know how i emotionally survived that bc as soon as i saw a glimpse of a tear on her i was already wrecked.......and i got wrecked every episode too and the end........dont even get me started the next day i was numb to all emotions.........AND THEN when i had already recovered jbtc decides to drop the behind the scenes of the last episode and you know what.................IT HAD A WHOLE 1 MINUTE SECTION OF JUST HER CRYING like damm i cant even explain how wrecked i was i didnt even watch the whole minute i literally had to look away several times, i dont even know why i watched the whole thing.

I always did the same thing as you guys! I was biasing Lisa when I first got into the group and then Rosé really and truly bias wrecked me. So hard that Rosé is now my ult bias, Jisoo is my bias then Jennie and Lisa are my bias wreckers! But Rosé always comes in and says “not on my watch” when I’m biasing another one of the 3 girls! Many of BLACKPINK music videos are inspired by greek mythology (as if its your last, how you like that, pink venom, kill this love). How you like that in particular symbolizes the myth of Persephone, being torn between her choice of her mother, her lover and herself. So they say "how you like that" to the pressure they got

You have to listen to Blackpink (especially Ice Cream) with headphones or earbuds because the bass is INSANE and hits totally different. Also you need to watch the video followed by the Behind The Scenes and/or Making of the MV. The greatest perverbial film footage ever left on the cutting room floor was the Jisoo footage from the filming of this video.
