JACK GAUGHAN: Controversial Blackpool owner Owen Oyston was publicly harangued by a pensioner who once stood united with him at Bloomfield Road as scrutiny of his stewardship intensified. Oyston, 82, attended a supporters’ forum for the first time in two decades on Saturday and faced heated abuse throughout a one-hour grilling at the seaside resort’s Hilton Hotel. He appeared calm throughout the proceedings but was left visibly shaken by the time he was chanted out of the conference room by a furious crowd of around 500.
