Great shop! Really enjoyed the video. I'd like to offer an option to help with your dust collection issue on the belt sander. On my metal belt sander (I use one for metal and a separate one for wood) I use a tiny 3D printed centrifugal separator with a pop bottle under it. The volume of metal is tiny compared to wood and so long as I'm moving enough air I can sand for a few hours before dumping the little bottle and the raw unfiltered air leaving the vacuum (I don't use a filter for fire concerns) comes out pretty near clean. My wood sanders have a smaller shop vac with a full size centrifugal separator before reaching the vacuum taking up about 95% of the dust. For your setup I would suggest considering adding a couple of Y adapters with some sort of internal baffling to control flow and just switch back/forth with the separator only for the metal and then running strait out the blower without using the bag at all.

Neat look into a modern blacksmithing shop--didn't know they still used coal in some forges. Lisa's shop is very neat and organized. It seems that she makes custom knives? [the images @13:02] and also those large pieces clamped down on her welding table...
