That looks amazing. I LOVE making my tomatoes like that. They taste so much sweeter. I like to blend them all up when they are done so I have a sauce. I will have to make this. My husband will drool for sure. Thanks again for another great recipe.

They are the smell that brings me back to my childhood! My grandparents had a farm and everything always smelled like tomatoes! I even buy the tomato on the vines wax warmer cubes and hand soap I love it so much ❤😂

Tomatoes, store bought have a different flavor than home grown! If you can find locally grown from a farmers market they flavor is superior! Salted well with Maldon and evoo make a perfect sandwich tomato BUT cooking them down low and slow turns them into a sweet treat !! I hope you try them!
