If you are referring to the bolt that secures the main gear to the main shaft, then it's likely that the threads within the plastic gear are stripped, it does not take a whole lot of force to secure in place so when it starts to feel like there's resistance in screwing the bolt in, then it is tight enough. One trick that you can use is to carefully dab a little bit of thin CA to the end of the bolt that sticks out to secure it.

@@bladehelis I just ordered a new gear and put it on the screw went sorta snug then it just turns and turns.. I've flown it like that.. same with the head block screw
