Home Run! This is my Favorite Mini for practicing, it flies like the big boys and it translates great when flying my bigger helicopters and it also crashes well, you'll go far practicing with it.

Went from a long term regular flier of the regular mcpx, to running the BL2. What a monster. It was a bit too unforgiving for my skill level even after a year of steady mcpx flying, but man did it have insane power and reaction speeds. So cool.

Young Man Saw ur review at Horizion. Personally I feel this one will suffice. I've bout 24 planes ,. Elec. 14 years flying. Several uve reviewed I have. I am 65 yo Semi retired Drive aTour Bus. My backyard or on road. I feel I can ecomically learn an have fun on this one.. I've had many fixed pitched over years. At any rate Tks for your Time an efforts. Much appreciated.

To make your servo movements feel less robotic and more fluid what you need to do is go into your model programming and add more expo. You just add more expo until it feels the way you like.

P.s. set the timer for only 3 minutes if you want full power through out the entire flight.

Do you have any issues running spektrum batteries in the mcpx bl2. It said it’s only rated for 280mah and that battery is 300mah

The Spektrum 300mah battery is the perfect battery for it! This is what the product page recommends. It flies great on this LiPo!

The closest equal is the OMP M1 heli! I don’t own the M1. I have the M2 and the OMP M2 is absolutely awesome!

I've owned many Blades but was a bit nervous about stepping up to the OMP. Once I did, I wished I had done so sooner. They fly so much better and the parts are generally cheaper too. Goosky is an equally good alternative but you can only get them through Helidirect.

Maybe your throttle issues have something to do with your throttle curve?

Are you using stock settings? The temptation to add expo should be avoided. Also, set 0* at mid-stick. I have (3) Nano S3's and only one was perfect out the box. I have (3) Mcpxbl2's, none were perfect out the box.

@@AnDr1LLox I remember hearing or reading about linear servos acting funny or having a sluggish feel with expo. And with how much slop Blade micros have, lol. Kinda built in expo. Even 150s and Fusion 180 have some degree of slop. The exception is the Fusion 270.

@@ericcoker8784 that makes sense to an extent. I remember when I started doing 3D I used to add an average of 45% expo. I did learn and worked my way down to 3% expo on my Fusion 480.
