Bloodhunt is arguably the best horror arc in Marvel. Plus, it's awesome to see Blade front and centre.

Nice point actually that you made, Thanos is the final boss with that new death stone he has. So I'm assuming plus Mjolnir with the Infinity gems and Thanos having the death gem and sword seemingly turned into is going to be the final villain before the two companies DC and Marvel have their event in 2030. Everything is based on scheduling It seems.

When Jubilee became a vampire she stayed one for quite some time and Rachel Grey using the powers of The Phoenix changed Jubilee back like it was nothing, so some of these character might stay vampires as a means of doing something interesting until another writer decided it's time for that angle to end

No, it was QUENTIN QUIRE using the powers of the Phoenix to change Jubilee back, NOT RACHEL!! Also, Miles is going stay a vampire after Blood Hunt is over as revealed in the newly released Solicits for August 2024

In his solo series Blade fought the Adana ,and she might have a hand of him going to the dark side .He explored more of his darker powers,drinking Dracula's blood gaining new powers in order to face her and stand a chance . In one of the issues where he destroys a libray on one od the dark dimentions to provoke her showing up, he loses himself to his darker nature before he snaps out of it . The Adana even said that there isn't an aspect of him that she didn't touch before he destroys her physical manifestation .Not sure if any of this will connect or the writers will go a different route .

Yes, most likely. Blade has been acting darker ever since he fully embraced his vampiric nature together with Dracula, and may have unlocked his dark side, as it were

Yeah, it's definitely Varnae. They've dropped some pretty big clues for old school fans to pick up on. The ancient Atlantean magic that unleashed the Darkforce and countered Dr Strange in the first issue that "Blade" mentioned. And here in this issue, the Bloodcoven sees Dracula and calls him the false king and that they follow the true king and true vampire way. It all points to the Marvel's canonical first vampire lord/last of the Hyborian age Atlantis vampires. Blade's fight with Adana probably brought Varnae back and drinking Dracula's blood to get closer to his vampire side and powers made Blade susceptible to Varnae possessing him. That's my theory, any way

When you were talking about the survivors coming together at Dr. Strange's home, I had a suspicion that there was going to be a vampire among them (to keep tabs on them). Never thought that that would be (somewhat true), and didn't think of Spider-Man/Miles. Mind you, I remember seeing art from Blood Hunt that somebody shown (either by you or one of the other KZfaq content makers) had Peter Parker with the mask being torn off around the mouth which gave 'Spidey's a vamp!' vibes.

I can't shake the feeling that this story is, in part, a vehicle to give Blade's daughter a push to get over with fans. Too many fans don't know her well, if at all, and seeing that she is the intended lead for the new Blade movie, this push could help that (potential disaster of a) movie do well. If so, I doubt it. So until they reveal Blade is only a day walker due to wearing spf 500 sunblock, Make Mine Marvel!

Loving this event! Here’s we see why Captain Marvel is such an inspiring leader! Taking the charge in true Carol style - never giving up - taking her Avengers on a mission of revenge! fulfilling them with hope and heroics. ❤ can’t wait for more of this book

Technically, there are spells in the Darkhold that can change people into vampires without a bite and considering who the true Big Bad might be, it's possible Miles was turned without being bitten. But it's most likely just a plot hole.

in the first issue of Blood Hunt ,Blade meets up with Miles first ,then he transports the blood coven to the impossible city .When they made him the main bad taking out Strange i knew Miles would be turned into a vampire .

I get the need to take Thor out immediately but I just am not buying the how. I know Thor has always had this weird contradictory durability (like DCs Wonder Woman) where he can tank missiles and blows from the Hulk but has to use a spinning Mjolnir to block bullets. But this is All-Father Thor. Now with the Thorforce nee Odinforce. I don't care what kind of superhumans and mutants these vampires fed on, unless they were cosmic beings, they shouldn't be able to take Thor down or pierce his skin like this, even in a surprise attack. These types of plot holes and inconsistencies are the reasons I didn't like DC vs Vampires and why I'm rolling my eyes at this one. Captain Marvel is a literal human sun who almost when supernova and destroyed a planet in her series recently. Tony is wearing a suit made up of mysterium, a metal that is nearly hard as adamantium AND magic does not affect it. "Blade" couldn't plan for mysterium Ironman bcuz he hasnt been around the Avengers for it. Not to mention that Thor, T'Challa and Wanda all are connected to or are symbols of worship and faith, classic weakness of vampires. Okay, rant over
