It’s a personal choice. What bothers me is the way it’s almost glamorized within the online fitness community and consequently you have many people who think they can’t stay natural and still build a great physique, get strong, while also being healthy. Because you absolutely can. And also people thinking you can just take peds, not have to put in the effort but will still build a great physique. The effort and discipline you put into your training / diet and the consistency will always be your foundation.

Liver king is a down to earth guy just trying to bring people together! I respect his honesty and values and i would eat all this just to be able to hang out with the guy! Also to be able to call him a friend. I got rid of all social media due to taking up to much time away from my kiddos and i do miss it sometimes but i see the world from a different angle.
