4 жыл бұрынBleaching my hair to a very light shade has always been on my bucket list so I decided to follow through with it and document the process. I also did it at home as salons are closed during this time and I was just very impatient 😆😅. Hope you enjoy and are staying healthy and safe :).

Brad, I'm not sure what to do. Help! My hairdresser has been great getting my hair to a light blonde. But last time she did foil highlights which we haven't done before and it fried my hair....she tried telling me my hair texture had changed from straight to curly, but it has broken off about an inch from the root in some spots and it feels so dry even 3 months after she did this. Is letting it grow out the only way to repair this? ☹

her hair color is definitely same with me and also our bleaching progress is going same till now... Right now i am bleaching my hair for second time, I'll do the 3rd maybe 4th time tonorrow and then dye it to blue steel

Did u bleach your hair more than 1 time in a day ? Because im going to bleach my hair tomorrow but yesterday i bleached it and im scared it’ll fall off or something

@@isabellaalvarez6854 i bleached my hair twice in the first day, and a day after i bleached it for the third time and dyed it blue.. But it faded so badly so after a week i went to a saloon and they bleached my hair for the 4th time to get that ugly blue shadows out.. No lies, it felt like spagetti at first but after a month and some caring it become better... Still, my hair is really damaged. So if you're not going to dye it a really light color don't bleach it too much and if you are going to dye it a really light color please just go to a hair saloon.. I have lots of and strong hair but if you have weak hair you can lose it. It depends on the texture of your hair eventually but still be carefull

I recommend using olaplex when bleaching.

Its so cute when people put coconut oil on their hair before bleaching. It does nothing guys. Bleach eats through anything it touches and burns the skin. So why would you think it wouldn't eat through coconut oil 😭

I agree. My goal was just to create a more greasy atmosphere as hair stylists in the past have always asked me to come in with 3rd or 4th-day unwashed and oily hair as opposed to freshly washed. If it doesn't work that's okay ❤️

it actually masks the skin of the scalp. Perhaps in that sense its good for the damage. The hair itself? Yea the point is to get thru😅

I dont know why everybody thinks that cool tone is good on them because on you the second bleach is great its more warm and with a cool toner it will be a beautiful warm blond hairs

Try taking smaller sections next time and avoid the pre lightened sections of your hair because you over-processed them. That’s y ur hair got so damaged and the grey looks very washed out. Also, maybe try some treatment to make it feel better Bc coconut oil won’t do much for ur hair at this point

What was the point of bleaching it so many times to get it so light and then going back to darker?? You could have put an ash blonde color on top of the first bleach job and it probably would have given you this type of result!? wow lots of damage for no reason

Tammie Cowan I went blonde as it was always on my bucket list to dye it to a very pale yellow. I then went back to black as I didn't end up liking it 🤷🏻♀️. It wouldn't turn ash blonde with 1x bleaching session as you can't achieve that shade on an orange base ❤️

I did worst than yours. I bleach and then color it gray (first day) I bleach again and then color it blue (second day) Same thing and color it dark blue (third day) And now i want my hair back 😭😭😭😂
