Even though it rained the night before, once we escaped the traffic of Colorado road work we were able to get onto the trail after lunch time. Will we get off the trail before dark?

Being from Colorado and responding to the construction comment “yes they just shut down whichever roads they want to for as long as they want. They also love to do 2/3 the work and then leave it conned off without progress for a couple years before they return because they will go start another project.” You learn which of us are from here and who moved here. Those of us natives know all the back roads so we can keep moving. Enjoying the series!

knew you guys would be coming to Montrose on this trip. I commented on Matts video a few yeas back when he was talking about how the Alpine loop wasn't difficult. I was like if you want difficult you need to go 45 minutes north to Montrose. Glad you finally made the trip

That wall looks absolutely insane. I’ve been on the final climb of patriot at independence and that was truly insane in my experience. The wall in this one looks to be the same caliber and that’s truly wild that any vehicle makes it up that!!

No. It's completely stock. On this trip I'd say the jeep and trailer plus spares was just over 8,000 lbs. Been all over the country like that.

Just moved out of Santa Fe back to California, the best deals on built crawlers is in NM and Colorado, they sell full equipped rigs for only 4k
