3 eggs
50g butter or margarine
200ml coconut milk
500g chopped raw cassava
100g finely grated coconut flakes
220g of sugar
** Yield per recipe: approximately 12 slices;
** I used an 18cm diameter hole pan, but you can use a 20x30cm rectangular pan if you wish;
** For packaging I used Galvanotek's G32 box;
** To make the cake I spent R$19.76. Adding 20% of immeasurable costs and multiplying by 3 we arrive at the sales value of R$59.29. To this value you need to add the packaging used.
