Blender 2.8 - Inflate tutorial (& COPPA comments)

Internal pressure is the parameter in #blender 2.82 that can #inflate your objects to simulate balloons or pool objects. This video training is NOT intended for kids, that´s why I am avoiding conflicting words. Please READ THE DISCLAIMERS.
I am also giving my quick opinion on why I see the COPPA-YT restrictions in a good light for 2020.

Another great tutorial! Keep it up! The recent coppa news scares me for a few reasons. The law is awfully vague about how to determine if your content is for kids, and it seems like you could end up labeled as for kids and fined even if you never intended to attract a young audience. KZfaq also doesn't give creators enough control. Either your video is not for kids and there is no way to prevent KZfaq for collecting data/personalizing ads. Or, your video is marked for kids and is penalized (such as losing the comment section and not being recommended). It just seems like all this mess could have been avoided if KZfaq gave us the option to restrict the abilities and data collection of viewers that KZfaq determines are likely under 13. I don't want to infringe on the rights and privacy of young people, I just want to make and watch content that isn't too adult in nature without fear of it being fined or buried by the site. Oh well there is always something to complain about. Keep up the good work and I look forward to your cc4 character tutorial
