You can use Object -> Convert -> Mesh to apply all modifiers at once

Let’s say I have a head sculp and I want to fit another head Sculp to match its inner surface area. Basically like a balloon inflating inside another balloon, will this technique work ?

how can i have multiple balloons in there? I mean so that the force blows them up from the center of each balloon. They always just get pushed to the sides in the cage?

I was able to make the exact same thing with only one modifier, using more modifiers for geometry doesn't make it better

Nice! But i cannot ender Mass 2.5 rg in Soft Body - Object Fied. It is 0.00005 kg and cannot be changed.

You do not need to set Object -> Mass to zero.
