Holy hell, this video FINALLY sees the light of day. After 7 LONG months of agonizing work (and I can neither confirm nor deny that procrastination may have been involved), I can FINALLY present this animation test to you all. And on Bendy Chapter 2's anniversary, too! I totally planned to line this up with that, and you... cannot prove otherwise.
I'd do what I usually do and write my little description of novel-like proportions, but instead I'll save all the explanation for the BTS video I'm gonna drop in a day or two. There's a lot that went into and was going to go into this project, but I ultimately decided that I didn't want to bother with making this video super fancy when I had already been working on it for 6 months longer than I wanted to.
As for what I'm gonna do next, I'm probably gonna save that for the BTS video or make a separate post about this because, honestly, I'm just so glad that I'm not working on this anymore. There are a lot of new projects I have lined up, and I can't wait to bring them to you, now that I have this one out of the way. ;)

I must say, it's unusual to see him in... An actual shirt, but damn, that looks so amazing! Back when they changed his model this cutscene looked beautiful, with all his movements, and now you gave it even more personality! The eyes are a great addition, I couldn't never guess it would work so well together! Such a great video I just watched. Bendy is a universe that I love for it's atmosphere, and seeing this makes my day! Thank you for doing it!

I’ve always dreamt of just saying ‘fuck it’ and making my own 3D animated content for bendy, and this feels like the visual representation of that. Seven months of work and it was more than worth it, that was the most amazing fan animation I’ve ever seen. The model does not feel out of place and feels at home in this environment, and ends up making Sammy look more intriguing. It made me wanna see more of him, truly figure out who he was. He feels very human, despite not being one anymore. The sporadic movements really add to the dramatic flair that the original animation had and I love the more subtle nuances added here and there. I honestly don’t know how else to describe it, this is just fucking fantastic. Keep up the great work, hope we might get to see some of the scrapped models get used one day!

Dude, this is some unparalleled stuff. The animation is absolutely beautiful and much more lively and really gets the "religious psychopath" idea across. Plus, the design is awesome, the eyes especially are filled with so much emotion. Super underrated, keep it up!

Absolutely phenomenal job :DDDD I adore the design for Sammy, it's so much more believable and consistent to the lost ones and his described design, and he doesn't move around like a cartoon character the entire time like the original cutscene (not that I hated it entirely, though). The scene felt a lot more real and just sO GOOD AGGJ ITS AMAZING :DDD

I really like Sammy's model here, and the design choice for him The addition of seeing his eyes really brings more character, not saying that body language was enough, but small things such as eyes or ears on characters really sell the mood

If Dark Revival is anything like this, it makes me more hyped for its release. The textures and movements are so well complimented by the added sound design added in to give off a more darker presence within the current situation. And I LOVE that redesign of Sammy! It makes it feel more signified that he was a human at one point. With his inky hair and glowing yellow pupils, along with more average everyday clothing. The fact this took you 7 months (excluding procrastination, we've all been there) and you took that time to make this 2 minute animation segment just further shows your dedication. This needs to be noticed by more people and all other inkified individuals. Fantastic work!

Beautiful work on my favorite inky music director! The music, sounds (most from in-game), his appearance, the fluid movements, very expressive, just everything turned out really, really good! His eyes are absolutely gorgeously well done as well as the model itself! 7 months was really worth the wait for this to come out perfect! Keep up the good work, man!

I prefer this, making him appear humanoid makes him even scarier than if he isn’t, I also prefer him in a shirt than shirtless, since he probably wears that regularly.

It may be a bit too dark in a few places (we can't see his mask) - but it's great overall. I especially like the moment when he turns his back on us. It fits so well! (I love that and I can't stop to watch it again and again)

I always wondered what Bendy and the Ink Machine would look like with more realistic movement in it's animation. Like a Bendy and the Ink Machine "Redrawn" of sorts. This captures that idea perfectly.
