This video is quite fast paced, so I would recommend watching it multiple times or slowing the speed down. It's also might seem pretty advanced for some people who aren't as familiar with Photoshop. Anyway, enjoy the nonsense. :)

I’m sure a lot of people, including me, appreciate the fact that you cut out the unnecessary chatter. This was direct and to the point with not a lot of wasted time. Great job! It’s amazing what you can do without using flashes. What makes you decide to use a flash or not when you’re on site?

Okay you asked for feedback so here goes it.. You are talented Also the fact that you make these videos where others would charge means you're a pretty good person, the one dislike on this video is a person who probably paid for this knowledge in college or charges on his/her KZfaq LOL. Constructive criticism - You're explaining has improved over other videos i.e. explaining what keys your pressing and so on.. One thing I like to do when watching your videos is slow the video speed down just a tad other than that you're doing -good- *GREAT!*

Great image! My only concern is how time consuming your workflow for the windows is. Wouldn't it be easier to shoot one extra image with full power flash and exposure for the windows, then use layer-masks in Darken-mode to pull the windows. By over-exposing the interior that way, darken-mode will replace the need to make any selections at all.

The reflection of the exterior white wall on the table top is lighter than the wall itself after blending in the darker window exposure. This is a frequent problem when people try to blend exposures together to reduce contrast. They often do not fully address all the differences in lighting and contrast.

Nice work, interesting technique. I am using enfuse it seems to work pretty well and I have developed some settings that make it even better. Also in my work I am amazed at the amount of blue that filters in, we don't notice it in real life but after you see it a bit exaggerated in digital images you really begin to see it everywhere with "new eyes", also one begins to see color casts from lawns and shrubbery as well. I will only be practicing techniques at home now until they find a solution that lets me work super safely in RE again. Not sure when if ever that will happen, it is rather age and health dependent in addition to other solutions. Nice example. Would be good to get your raw files from the video and try some other techniques on them in addition to getting your final image for comparison to see which techniques may be fastest and or best etc. Best wishes!

I love the process and the tools to get the result you achieved! Some of the techniques and even tools you mentioned, I haven't really used or never used so thanks for the lesson, great work! Now this part of the comment is for those doing RE photography, I think turn around time would not be cost effective at least not for me, unless it was a magazine shoot or luxury shoot with good money to justify the work. What does anyone else think? I shoot RE for MLS listings.

That's my problem with this style of editing. It looks amazing of course! But This seems like it'd take all day to edit one house which makes the shoot no longer profitable. Especially with multiple shoots a day requiring 24hr turn around.

@@bartekbielinski5324 hahaha no, I’m not saying that. Just trying to make sense of the principle of it. It’s a business, your goal is usually 1-2 shoots in a day ideally, and you wanna turn the product around ASAP. realtors are not okay with waiting longer than next day delivery usually in the markets I’ve worked. 😂 esp in a market that only yields about $150-250 a shoot. Give or take. So will all those factors, it makes it tough to justify. If it was a luxury shoot and yielding much more then maybe. It’s a learning game and I’m still trying to improve🤷🏻‍♂️

Hi! beautiful tutorial thanks! I am writing to you from Italy, unfortunately there are not so many bright houses here, 90 percent of the times the houses have little natural light and the ceilings are very high and often frescoed. The result is always an unnatural image and you always run the risk of having horrible halos near the windows that are difficult to fix in post. Your tutorial works great if your home base is well lit. can you make a video to mix darker images? Please answer me, I'd like to send you the raw files to make you understand a classic example. tkyvm!

With all due respect to your excellence, there would be no way I (as a real estate photographer) could go through all this on a typical property tour of (average) 45 images, and deliver the assignment within 24 hours. It would just not be practical. I shudder to think how long the leaning curve would be to get to be proficient in all the steps you indicated in the video. Not only that, but individual monitors are so personalized (if calibrated at all), the subtleties would be purely subjective to the extent you've gone into. Please understand I am not faulting your knowledge, or expertise, but the process as described seems overwhelming. The way to get around it (for me) is to send the raw images to an outside resource that specializes in processing real estate images, and guarantees getting the corrected HDR shots back within a 24 hour period. It's worth the invested cost.
