If we’re being honest, the majority of the population doesn’t use a fragrance, and the ones that do usually only own one. People who collect or own a collection are a small minority. So while our standards may say this isn’t all that remarkable, it kind of is to most people.

If I could only have 1 cologne everyday for the rest of my life. This would be it. 4 seasons, any day, any night, any occasion. Work, date, bar, club, wedding, meetings, I could go on and on and on.

I’ve actually only just smelled the EDP recently, and while I was always a fan of the edt and parfum, the EDP is the best of the line, IMO. It’s the perfect middle ground between the two, with none of the performance drawbacks of either. I just bought a 5oz bottle of the EDP and I think it’ll be my staple blue for the next 5-10 years lol

based on my research, Bleu De Chanel EDT is one true blue aquatic fragrance. The EDP and Parfum are actually "flankers" of the EDT with completely different notes profile. The EDP is actually an amber fragrance and the Parfum is actually a woody fragrance.

BDC EDP is one of my most complimented fragrances. I have all 3 concentrations, but the EDP is the most versatile of the 3, imo. I tend to wear this to work and it lasts all day. "You smell wonderful!" a colleague said recently! BDC is elegant and classy.

Timeless classic. I love it and definitely true to your projection statements. On my skin it’s a little more of a beast but I know it doesn’t work like that on everyone!

Always loved Bleu De Chanel EDT, finally bought it and it's nice but not my favorite as I thought it would be. Performance is a problem as you mentioned, the EDT projects a bit bigger and longer, but then it dies to skin scent after 3-4 hours. Dior - Sauvage performs better in every way and pulls way more compliments, even though I prefer the scent of BDC.

I'm 21 and I have had a few people tell me that this fragrance does not suit my age. I disagree, but all that matters is that I enjoy it. Great video!

Your very good review is leaving out the various pH levels men have. Most of the time my high pH turns non-musk fragrances sour quickly and I end up with the conflicting scents of what has landed or rubbed onto my skin and what is on my clothes. That didn't happen with Bleu. I'll back check to see if you have talked about pH and it's effect on the compliment. Just tried Bleu de Chanel today and even though it didn't smell all that great to me (6 out of 10) the women were getting distracted around me. One comment was that I smelled like "some kind of woodsy sandalwood cigar." That's in the fifth hour. After three hours with it on I asked my friends how they rated it and it got a solid 9! (with two tens and eights, one ten.) That's eight women and three men. Nobody disliked it and two women were drooling!

great video bdc edp is still overrated in my opinion got a lot of fragrances and this is surprisingly one of few where I have never received a compliment

Chanel is not into vulgar projection. It has presence without being annoying.

I got the 100mL for 105 dollars. In my country, it is common for the big drugstores to sell fragrances and the one close to my house had a 50% discount today. Retail there was 210 USD. Definitely should’ve bought 2 or 3 bottles😂

Yes but the PARFUM! worth all the hype... fantastic scents

it just doesn’t work with my skin very well. The opening to me reminds me of Eros Flame for some reason and then it dries down into a less sweet, less leathery Armani Code. I just don’t understand the hype . Like it smells good but it’s just not a masterpiece like people say imo. I could be going nose blind but it seems to disappear off my skin after an hour. I’ve only had it three days and usually after a week I know for sure wether i like it or not.

Ive only sampled the edp and it smells like baby powder to my nose. I dont see the hype. Its super safe. Doesnt smell bad but if anyones wearing this im definitely not going to ask what theyre wearing.

I just got a 100ml bottle (batch 8001) and it is a tragedy. I paid more than 150$ for something that i can barely smell on myself. I mean it smells very nice and longevity is ok but projection is pathetic.
