juro said she never not eat so i suggest for her next time take heavy meal during sahur .. or something that gve her energy ..bc im worried her stomach might be like shock ..huhu .. it will lead to gastrict to .. fasting have technique depend on people condition . and if u have senstive stomach or gastric dont eat spicy meals right away to berbuka .. heheh

the purpose of ramadan is not only doesn’t drink and eat,but also teach us how to be grateful because ramadan teach us to feel for the poor who has nothing to eat and ramadan also teach us to be patience because during ramadan we can’t curse or say bad words 😊

Q: How we not forget our prayer time? A: First of all, we do prayer from us little. At Johor Malaysia usually 1st prayer Subuh by 5:30+/- am, 2nd Zuhur by 1:30+/-pm, Asr (Asar) by 4:30+/-, Maghrib by 7:15+/- and Isya' by 8:30+/-. Here there's many Mosque cause most of us Muslims (Islam believer) so when we hear Adzan, that's means, prayer time ☺️ Q: How we manage to hold our thirst when our throat tickle? A: First, the reason why Muslim fasting is because we need to experience how poor people manage the day without eat nor drink for the day as the focus for Ramadan month is giving to other less unfortunate people and be grateful for what we have. Having iftar makes me more grateful to the food i ate. Back to Q, when i feel tickle, ill just cough it off. If that doesn't makes it better but make it worse, ill just cancel my fasting and find cure for my throat. It is considerable as fasting was NOT FORCED to people who are not fit to. Eg as preg woman, people who on medication, very young child who still not baligh (haven't hit puberty), insane or very old people. 👍🏻 Q: What we usually do when its lunch break. A: For few of my friends and me, we usually Sleep 😴. Cover for our taken sleep time as we Sahur 😂 We work with colleagues with different religions, when it's lunch break or seeing they drink water for the 2 first week it's manageable but when entering the 3rd week for me, its becoming harder and, idk why😂 Miss Juro, you did great for sudden fasting. Jjang! 👍🏻👍🏻

Actually muslim can know the prayer time when they're hear azan. Azan is signal for muslim about their prayer time. At muslim country, we can hear azan clearly🥰

Haha that buka puasa moment every muslim can relate. Its the happiest moment of the day, for 30 days. Lucky we can still able to eat enough to fill our belly. Imagine those who dont. 😥😥😥. Be thankful.

Actually your stomach like a machine. After 11 months digest food all day long, Ramadhan actually give you a short term break by reduce quantity of food you consume for a month (Rest your digest system) Fasting also can increase your imune system, decressed your glucose, burn your fat, decressed your high blood pressure & slow down damentia process happened. congrats blimeyss. good job. fasting in ramadhan meant a lot to us and i feel so honoured that you tried it. it teaches us to feel grateful to all favours that God has given to us especially during iftar when we've been so hungry throughout the day then we got blessed by foods. and fasting also makes you healthier as it capable to enhance autophagy in our body.

Answering the question what I do during my lunch break during Ramadhan! Personally, I either continue doing my work, watch youtube or any shows that I want, or just sleep to charge up again☺️ but usually I will watch youtube or scroll through tiktoks haha congrats for juro’s first time puasa!! really proud of you guys as always🥰

Ramadhan teaches me to understand people who are poor. Like poor people who have no food supply. So while i fasting it reminds me of people who can’t eat in a day, at the same time it also teaches me to be grateful for what i have to eat today.

Idk about other people but during Sahur I eat like I'm having a proper dinner. But the truth is no matter how much u eat during Sahur, u'll still get hungry around lunchtime or even before that (for me at least)

ramadan is a month for muslim to do as much as possible any kind of good deeds that are allowed in Islam such as feed the poor,do tonnes of prayers etc. it does not necessarily need to be a prayer.the 5 daily prayers are actually the basic and compulsory for muslim, in ramadan we need to strive in doing much more than the basic.

Among the food culture of Korea, special things that distinguish it from the food culture of other countries. // 1. Perfect vegan food represented by Korean Buddhist temple food 2. An endless variety of soup dishes 3. Kimchi: Vegetables fermented with animal protein represented by cabbage kimchi. In the past, only Koreans made and ate it. There are over 800 types of kimchi. 4. In Malaysia during Ramadhan, some company like my workplace, will change office hour from 8-4.30pm without lunch hour specifically for muslims employees only.. regarding Zohor prayer…all of us will take a quick break for prayer at any time during afternoon

I usually sleep at 2 AM and wake up at 5 AM for sahur and then never sleep again for the rest of day lol I never really feel tired though, it's a miracle 😂

6:30 When it is time for prayer, the mosque will perform the call to prayer (Azan) as taught by Islam. hearing the call to prayer is very beautiful and pleasant

Congratulations 👏🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 and btw.. try to avoid spicy food if you want to berbuka.. cuzz spicy food in empty stomach will make an upset stomach😂😂.. so first u need to drink or eat something sweets than wait up for like 2-5minit to let ur know that u r about to eat .. then u can eat anything u want.. but not too many food in one go😂 happy fasting

Ramadhan lunch hour - we do our work, and get to go home an hour early. Also we do not stare at our non-fasting co-workers' lunches! That's just a rookie move. LOL! 😂 Also, Spring isn't the most difficult season for fasting. Summer time fasting can easily last 15 hours or more.

Usually during lunch hour, muslims office workers in KL went out to run their errands, buy groceries or go for raya shopping since many shopping malls are nearby office buildings. Btw, today was really challenging at my place. It was almost 40°c 🥵🥵🥵
