Ramadan taught us to be grateful for every little thing we had in life. We may take for granted a glass of water we drank yesterday, so we drink it half and throw it away in the sink. But when we are fasting, we may remember the water we throw away yesterday and feel how precious is that water. So be grateful, don't wasting food, because some people out there don't even have food to eat during regular month.

Yes!! Please do🥳 i think a lot of Blimers will be willing to chip in & help planning with the wedding. Im pretty sure we Blimers won’t mind paying for our own food. Since it’s easier to get rsvp & cover the food cost that way. Nak jemput 1000 org pon tak ada masalah kalu masing2 bayar untuk makanan. Mcm kita bayar tiket masuk la. For our Dasol why not?

If you guys so hungry during fasting, I can understand. I lost my father who are sole breadwinner at age 19 on my first day of public exam (STPM). I am from homeless family and renting from house to house and my father's demise is a great blow to us who were financially struggling. It took me months to be able to find full time job as legal clerk. I don't mind sacrificing breakfast and lunch every working day as long can save money (I only eat after coming back home). But that was 26 years ago before my life becomes my own. Such difficulties have taught me well about how struggling people could suffer, and I will never forget that.

this is my first lost weight Ramadan and I do feel great about it. I lost about 5-6 Kg. And will consistently doing it forever to maintain my weight. Back in highschool my teacher fast for like 12 - 14 hours and succeed to lost weight since she's overweight and diabetic. So fasting like Ramadan months is great way to lose weight.

I'm moved by their effort to experience Ramadan even if it's for one day. Most people will of course face difficulty the first day or first few days especially for first timers. Actually sleeping too much while fasting is not in the spirit of fasting. Daily life should be as on any normal days.

It's not easy..but you'll get use to fasting soon...after a month of compulsory fasting in Ramadan...muslims have this voluntary fasting...the Syawal fasting...in Malaysia we call it Puasa 6..because it is 6 days of fasting ..it doesn't have to be done every day as long as it's 6 days in Syawal then it's fine.. .i love the way you girls guys said 'sahur'... It's so Malaysian🧡

Usually when Muslim is fasting.. During the day.. They usually read Quran, Istighfar and Solawat to Prophet Muhammad SAW.. Because month of Ramadhan is really special to Muslim where they got many multiple good deeds than regular month

It's been a long time we didn't see Ben. If I'm not mistaken last time I saw his was in Jade's video in UK, which was before Covid time. 6:11 Ben felt just like how I felt back when I was a kid during weekend in Ramadan. 🤣🤣🤣 Can't play outside much, don't have videogame at that time, and most shows in TV were not for children. *Super bored.* At least on weekdays, school would kept me busy enough, for not thinking about bored and hungry.

Actually, we just go by like a normal day (minus the eating and drinking). But for beginners it's better to do things on a slow pace and cut down on caffeine on Sahur. You can have them on Iftar ☕

Hahahha... Most of us.. Learning fasting when we children.. Starting half day and go throug for a day.. Try step by step first.. Maybe one day you will like the consept of fasting... Fasting time dont sleep to much.you get tired.after sahur you get shower.very fresh.Dont sleep morning time.afternoon lunch hour you sleep is good.After that take shower.
