The amount of shipping fuel with Dash and Rarity in this episode is amazing, the new writers did an amazing job in my opinion. I'm just loving Rarity more and more as I keep watching this show, and Dash is already my favorite so I really appreciated the amount of Rarity and Rainbow Dash focused shots.

You can't tell that the writers are even new they are so good at writing! Honestly, I can't wait to see if there will be another new writer. If they did as good a job as these two did, and they can only get better, than we be in for a treat.

This was a pretty good episode. I wasn't sure how much I liked it when I watched it on TV for the first time, but after watching it a second time with your commentary, I like it a lot more. I think the way they handled the ending with the tree-root chandelier was really sweet. I admit, I almost got a little teary-eyed when Twilight turned around and said "It's perfect." :') Also, this episode is pretty damn funny. Some of my favorite moments include Twilight going "I'm pancake! I mean, 'awake'.", fluffy Angel Bunny, and pretty much every scene with Spike. The moral the episode teaches is a really nice one too. Personally, though, I kinda would have liked seeing more of the episode from the perspective of Twilight dealing with losing her old home, cause I think that could have made a bit of a stronger, or at least more emotional conflict. But, for what the episode is, I still think it's still really good. Not quite as awesome as the premiere, but still a nice, more toned-down, followup.

The new writers are going to show some very promising work. 3 episodes and I ALREADY know that. That's how good they are. (Also, Ashleigh Bell is getting more singing parts! Finally.)

When AJ said "if anyone can make this place feel like home it's us" at first I thought they would decide to make it their home too, but I love what they did in the end. Also I love what they did with bulk. It shows that sometimes your job isn't your special talent at least directly. I imagine his strength is a big help with some techniques, but working out doesn't make much money in and of itself.

I just noticed something: Twilight was helping Flitters with the animals- Fluttershy brings animals to the castle Twilight helped AJ with planting new trees- Applejack brings gardening matirials Twilight helps Rarity with the jems- Rarity brings jems to decorate Twilight helps Pinkie with making pancakes for a special breakfast- Pinkie brings decorations like balloons and streamars that are usually for special ocasions And Twilight was racing with Rainbow- Dash decides to bring her trophies and other racing stuff (picture of her wining a race; Wonderbolts posters)

Given that this episode had new writers, I thought they did a great job with everyone's characterizations. They also referenced a lot of things that had happened in previous seasons. Joanna Lewis and Kristine Songco must have really done their homework. 6:28 Angel abuse ftw 12:48 "Interesting musical style for Rainbow. Doesn't really suit her." But it does suit her VA, Ashleigh Ball. That was a surprisingly touching episode, and a fitting tribute to the old home that we had all grown so attached to.

hey RarityDash did you notices that the Map was still up in the background. and it was a nice touch of the old house and using it in the show for the fans to remember. in a way its saying "you can rebuild but you have to move on the past is the past you have to look a head. you have a place for your new Castle with your old Memories." the lines in the quilt is by me.

The mane 6 were great throughout this. And i'm sure a simple Google image search was all that was required to capture all those memories :P

I really liked the song, Rainbow Dash's part was a bit edgy, but not unpleasant to listen to. After listening to it a second time it was much better, I just wasn't expecting Rainbow's voice to open the song. I just wish we get a Rainbow Dash song, we got glimpses with Winter Wrap Up, At the Gala, May the Best Pet Win, and she sounded great in A True True Friend, but we haven't gotten a truly great RD song. Ashleigh Ball is an excellent voice talent, and RD would do best with a Rock n' Roll number but the show has surprised me so we'll just have to see.

Fresher material (particularly from Hasbro) will tend to attract more views, and I think that most pony-enthusiasts aren't shy about subscribing when they find someone new who provides intelligent and pleasant commentary. Not a lot of other people are posting reacts the day of broadcast, and while you're fairly low-key, you usually have some interesting things to say, so I'm not surprised by the bump in numbers. Congrats.

Also in the spa, There are 2 of them accordingly from the fandom, The first one "Pink" is just the normal ordinary nice pony. While the Blue one has a German accent. Not fully, But sometimes she can have a Z in some of her words.

Loved this episode and I really enjoyed your commentary.

Considering how much interaction Rarity and Rainbow Dash have together in this episode, we might finally get a Rarity and Rainbow Dash episode where neither of them are written so terribly to develop the other one. Also, I want a Rarity and Pinkie Pie episode, too. Rarity played a major role in this episode. She also stuck with her element of harmony (being indecisive doesn't mean being ungenerous.) Unlike some farm pony! I can't believe none of the blind commentaries I watched pointed out that Applejack lied when people have no problem pointing out every time Rarity isn't generous.

I love how Spike was reaching so much to distract Twilight although I think he was being sincere when talking about the tree. And I love Pinkie's confetti cannons. Also Bulk Biceps talked! That was so hype. I think this season might be the best one with constantly good and great episodes. Also how long do you think it has been since the season 4 finale and Rainbow Rocks. Also why did Bon-Bon need a new bed I wonder "Wink Wink".

I don't hate ur commentary, the episodes come each sunday on youtube, so I have no problem about it, the episode came on youtube right when this commentary popped up on youtube. I Like the talkin, that's what I like about commentaries, talking. Though I don't like talking that much so that you miss stuff in the video. never take ur eyes off a episode. some stuff you might miss, and some stuff you will regret later when a meme suddenly pops up about something you missed :P

Ahh I can never find actual episodes so I just watch commentaries because the side comments people make are exactly what I'm thinking

About comments to your Season Premier reaction. I don't think most of them meant for you to shut up completely. Some just have no tact, or simply are unsure how to word their critiques. The same advice I have given to other reactors is the same I would give to you. You are doing a commentary, but at the same time it is a blind commentary. Meaning it is your first watch. (mind you this is general advice not a reflection of your methods) 1. Less is more. Share your thoughts about something, but keep it succinct. This is not to keep you quiet, but more so you don't miss something else going on at the same time. Many reactors state "I am wearing headphones, I can hear what is happening" But honestly you would have to be a very good multitasker in order to pay attention to what is happening while formulating your thoughts. 2. To go along with number one, Keep a pad nearby and jot down things you would like to talk more at length about. Things that you feel need deeper analysis on your part and bring up those points at the end of the video. (Many reactors fall into the trap of talking over whole scenes of the show about a single thought) 3. Show your emotion. Even if you do not Facecam, laugh if you want to, groan, or even shed tears if it calls for it. Most likely if it made you feel a certain way, it made others feel that way too. Being open with how you feel will help you connect with your viewers. 4. Treat your reactions like you are viewing with friends. Remember a simple thing. Many people that love the show, probably do not have other Bronies or in my case, Pegasisters, that live near them. They come to you not just for a reaction, but the feeling of community, and to feel like they are watching with someone else. Being a brony/pegasister can be lonely sometimes. That is about all I have to say. Again I reiterate, this is not all a reflection of the way you do things, just general advice. In the end they are your videos, and it is your personality driving your channel. I would not be a subscriber of yours if I did not look forward to listening to you and sharing the fandom with you.
