I know her!!! Elizabeth is one of the best rehabbers here in Florida!!! She is so committed to the wildlife, especially raccoons!! When I was rehabbing raccoons, she was one of my go to people to make sure Ia was doing it the right way! Thank you GeoBeats for spotlighting her and Larry!!!

Thank you Elizabeth!!! I have many chronic health issues as well and fell into deep spells of depression especially since I’m a young empty nester. I felt that need to nurture and love so I started slowly rescuing animals and plants 🪴. The plants are throwaways that are deemed dead that I care and they become green again 😊. It’s so awesome to feel good about doing something worthwhile. You’re story and you’re fur babies are wonderful ❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️

Elizabeth is an amazing woman with so much love for these sweet creatures. Raccoons, squirrels, opossums, ducks, there's no end to her compassion and caring for wildlife. Larry is so lucky!

We also have a Gary. He's a fuzzy, adorably loving, sweet Grey little poof of soft frizzy hair... He's got green eyes and regularly has the cutest BLEP hanging from his mouth because while he was outside before we saved him, he had been through a LOT. But Gary is a blessing and we also saved his son as well, we named him Larry! I moved into a neighborhood with a terrible homeless cat problem... It was heartbreaking. Since moving here in 2015,we started rescuing cats from the neighborhood in 2019 and have since rescued, fostered, rehomed, or kept 32 cats. They're are only 4 left in the neighborhood and we're working on them now!! They live on my property and we feed them several times a day and make comfortable sleeping areas for them on the porch so they have a place to rest easy and escape and inclement weather, New England has plenty of that, along with cold winters. Animals are such a precious gift to humanity. ❤️

I love this women. She says she has health issues, but puts them aside to help less fortunate animals. She forgets her issues and I feel she is in healing mode as she nutures Larry and the others. She is an angel on earth.

This woman is amazing, rehabbing or rescuing wildlife and giving them longterm care. You can see how dedicated and loving she is. She deserves a break, but I'm sure she wouldn't want to leave them even if she could. Everyone needs a vacation from the corporate world, but her heart is home and sanctuary w/these animals. 💕🦝☮️

My hat is off to you lady. I live in Montana and raised two baby red fox squirrels! Their tummies are peachy orange with a white chevron. Easy to litter box train. So fun but exhausting!

I think people who rescue, foster & care for animals are incredible. The biggest hearts. Larry is a adorable & a fighter. Absolute cutie. I’m so happy he has this incredible Mom Elizabeth. This woman is a angel. There was another lady in fl who rescued a raccoon that was blind from a golfer who beat him. She took him and care for him until his passing. He was a star in his town of ft Myers. I went to visit him. She was amazing also. People have no soul sometimes

I just loved coming across this story! You are an angel and God Bless You 🐾 for saving this precious baby...Larry is so adorable 💕 I think racoons can get a bad rap sometimes...they are wild and therefore only experts should handle them...yes I love watching them eat, while dipping most in water 💦 and seeing their babies in the springtime come around...I have fed them from a distance and they're just a wonder to watch...I'm sure you both will enjoy each other's company for a long time 🐾 💕
