In this video, Krystal gives an easy tutorial on how to bling out your converse.
Glass rhinestones are best, but you could very well use resin rhinestones and our Pearl/Bling Mixes instead.
Here’s what Krystal used:
Krystal Glaze Glue
Wax pick up tool
Sanding Block (Dollar Tree)
At least 70% Alcohol
1 pack of Crystal AB Glass , SS16
2 packs of Rosey Glass, SS20
1 pack of Rosey Glass, SS12

Hi there. New to this craze. So you add nothing to the cloth area of the sneakers? I’ve seen some use paint first then the glue. I’m not sure the reason so wanted to ask. It may just be for an outline.

I'm so glad I saw this video I made a pair of hightops for myself my first pair of sneakers. I used your glue and I lost some stones but I noticed that you were pressing on the inside of the shoe as well. I don't think I did that like you did. I was thinking that maybe I should add more glue it just soaks right into the material. I was so excited to wear them I don't think I waited long enough. The toe was prefect I haven't lost any stones.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Pressing on the inside of the shoe is definitely important to ensure the stones adhere properly. Adding more glue might help, but be cautious not to overdo it, as it could affect the overall look and feel of your hightops.
