I commented on this video 11 years ago, back when blink-182 were all I had to get me through my awful, lonely teenage years. I can’t believe how fast time goes. I’m devastated for Mark right now with what he’s going through. He’s helped so many people get through life, I hope he beats cancer and makes a full recovery.

3:08 one of the greatest wacky walks/runs ever. up there with vince mcmahon and john lennon.

When you're young even the smallest (and the dumbest) ideas seem easy and have the ability to work out. This song is so easy and simple but it's such an energetic and beautiful fast paced sugar punk. I think they could not have thought about this riff for longer than 10 seconds but it works so well, like when you're young and you take the first thing in your closet to wear and turns out to look greater than your outfit that you spent 15 minutes changing when you're 40.

Mark is a seriously underrated bassist

What I liked most about Dude Ranch was how Mark & Tom's vocals complemented each other throughout the entire album and every track seemed distinct in a way. In hindsight this album was very well produced. Skits were kept to a minimum, but seemed to complement the album well and yet the album plays through like a breeze. Surprising, as the total length of Dude Ranch was nearly 45 minutes! Which is a lot longer than your typical punk album or even rock album for that matter! A+

But honestly I got into Blink 182 before HS back in Middle school last century when the world was still a beautiful place to be alive in….1999. You just can’t beat or replicate that sound that Blink had, and the feelings that listening to their albums produced in our young souls. No puedo creer que los iré a ver el 6 de abril. Tengo 17 años, hace 2 años los conocí y de inmediato me empezaron a gustar, pronto me convertí en fan y se hicieron mi grupo favorito. I was 12 years old listening to Bryan adam’s and wet wet wet. I heard this song for the first time at my cousins house at a rugby league grand final party along with dammit. I was hooked and over the years it’s transitioned to metalcore, deathcore etc but I regularly come back to these songs that started it all for me!
