Toms singing and guitar playing here is some of his best since the reunion it's just that his guitar sound isn't as great as it used to be.

He recently switched from Vox to an Axe-fx modeler and the sound has since improved a lot as a result.

I think I saw a rig rundown for his rig from this era. It's the Vox AC30's and Fender Twins but they rigged them up to get some kind of DI signal from them bypassing a few components and even the speakers, basicly ruining the sound those amps are known for. Reason for this was to get no guitarsound 'bleeding' into the drummics.. I guess they never figured using those plexiglass screens to keep things quiet.

The lyrics still don’t really fit him though. For example, the ledge part was written because Scott literally almost jumped off the ledge of a building while he was drunk, and Tom and Mark actually had to beg him to come down.
