Blink (birth name Clarice Fong) is a main character on FOX's The Gifted. She is a mutant with the ability to teleport via portals.
She has spent a vast majority of her life on the run or in detention centers, simply for being born different. Unlike a majority of mutants whose abilities can be kept hidden, Clarice has facial markings that are fairly visible and make her mutant status clearly known, which led to constant persecution

Kiwi Chuu yeah the scenes where it looks like she’s having a seizure happened because of that. When she opened the portal it was further than she’s ever done before and she over exerted her powers which caused her to pass out and then have all these seizures where she almost died

You can see how well her powers have evolved. She has to focus really hard here just to make a small portal that is about the size of a desk, but in Days of Future Past, she can make a huge one without any hesitation.

Blink is not dead she in another plane of existence. Her portals are gateways through all space. Thats why they showed you the clip of her telling john about portals to space or just portalling anywhere or nowhere. (Hint) Johns powers are psychic thats how he traces people he has visions and all his senses are heightened. The whole episode he was saying he could feel her and he kept hearing her voice. His powers are connecting him to her because she is here but not here type of situations dimensional vortax type shit. Possibly where ever she is its possible time also works different so maybe she would heal faster and or she wouldnt die from her wounds for a period of time.

Its a trump card if they get a 3rd season she will come back better and stronger and with a great story. when marcos found john punching the wall john said he watched Blink fall into her own portal i don't think he was being dramatic he literally saw her fall. I would bet good money she is not dead if she was that be the biggest waste of a great character . When Blink got sick in season 1 she was opening hundreds of portals and she was not even awake, my guess is when she got shot she lost control of the portal and fell into a space in between. Im won't except anyone saying she is dead least of all not like that

I really like Blink. I think she’s a very interesting character and I hope she is brought to the MCU. But to be honest, the CGI is a lot better in Days of Future Past than in this show. They’re still good but not as good as in the movie. But that’s just me.

Honestly after watching the entire show, I can say that it felt really low budget. Sure there were more usage of CGI than a typical show, but the sets were so incredibly bland and repetitive. They were always either in an alleyway or a warehouse/abandoned building
