Honestly how are there so many of us. Ive watched countless replays of Grubby losing against undead so I could understand how to counter orc. Stopped playing, didn’t care about wc3 since, disnt care about reforged in the slightest Now I am a middle aged dude who chills out listening to another middle aged dude play a game that I dont care about. I thought it was nostalgia at first but I think it’s Grubby’s persona and atmosphere. His cadence is perfect and he genuinely loves the game. Hes also able to generate a lot of exciting and interesting matches that my 2004 background understands Good job Grubby

One of my all time fave starts in 4v4 was tink only night elf. I would feed gold to my allies so they could fast worms. mean while I would get boots lvl 3 and drop factories in bases, killing many peasants and leaving.

Fun fact: Firelord's hero skills all became the basis of several signature skills of DotA heroes. Except Volcano. Summon Lava Spawn became Enigma's summon Eidolon. Incinerate became Sand King's Caustic Finale and Ursa Warrior's Fury Swipes. Soul Burn became Bloodseeker's old Bloodrage. Volcano had nothing going for it.
