Got some good block work in with. Random Johnson today. He’s finally getting his mojo back as he continues to recover from his ankle sprain. We’re starting to see his explosive power return. For the workout, we did a rep over the first hurdle, a rep over the first two, a couple reps over the first three, and one rep over the first five. All hurdles after the first hurdle were moved in one foot. Hurdles are at race height.
