Judge Mathis is biased. He disregarded her explanation from the outset. He was argumentative. Surprised he found in her favor. The ex-boyfriend did not care about her or her child, just very controlling. On the other hand, the plaintiff was crazy as the f word, expecting a man to change her son's diapers after only knowing him for 3 months. Nor would my son be advised, allowed or encouraged to call a man he has known for only 3 months to address him as 'daddy.' The woman is neglectful or her son would be potty trained.

I cant stand when Mathis doesn't listen. Partying would mean dancing, drinking, etc. 4-5 nights a week is different than 4-5 nights of hanging out with a close friend.

I understand completely what she is trying to say about the manipulation. He probably would even say it’s a good idea to hang with friends until the day of then his attitude changes. Then she probably started being concerned about his changed behavior and if she asks “what’s wrong?” Then he probably goes in with he’s not important to her, he wanted to spend time with her that day, and/or you’re a mother not a party girl, if you have kids. She probably never get out other than having conversation with neighbors and friends…like Louise Jefferson and Helen Willis…not partying. Sometimes men can be one sided in relationships especially if she’s the mother of his children. They can come and go as they please while women recover from delivering a child, and lose her social and career life to tend to it. Then if she wants to “hang out” maybe once in a blue moon, it’s a problem. He probably had a guilty conscious making him feel like she would do the same thing he does while “he’s out”, if given the opportunity or insecure cuz real men don’t do that.

I'm a woman, and I disagree with what she's saying as far as manipulation. I'm in the same kind of relationship. I don't stop my girlfriend from seeing whomever she chooses, but she constantly chooses everyone over me, and I don't like her friends, so I don't want to hang out with them. It's not selfish to want to spend exclusive time with someone. It is selfish to try to be the only person their lives.

My aunt got with her husband when she had had a 3 month old (my cousin). His real daddy walked out when he found out she was pregnant. My cousin step dad did everything for my cousin. Only thing he didn't do. Was bathe him or change his diaper. He said he felt uncomfortable doing that to a child that wasn't his. My aunt agreed. He's pretty much his real dad eventhough not biological dad. My cousin got his Master degree in 2013. Eventhough he had some scholarship. He still had to pay around 100K. His step dad paid all of that. Tommy cousin worked during hus school days. But his step dad insisted he save that money.

The plantiff misrepresented herself from the very beginning to this defendant. It's just that it took 90 days for who she really was to come out. But he should've been wary of her anyhow because she has a child and on top of that had little time for him as the relationship went on. He shouldn't have had to put up with that.
