The plaintiff says the defendant is her sister, and they don't have the best relationship. The plaintiff claims her sister stole her identity. As a result, the plaintiff was falsely arrested. She's suing for lost wages and emotional distress. The defendant admits she used her sister's name but that's only because she had a warrant.

I love the plaintiff’s humor. Hopefully she got that cleared and make sure that her name is taken off her sister’s alias. If that sister commits a crime or gets another ticket, the plaintiff’s name will come up too.
