In this one we were called out to a blocked toilet that we were very reluctant to plunge as we couldnt see the pan connector.
we tried the outside drains and found only 2 of 3 would open. one drain was holding water so we assumed that one and jetted it. However after clearing that drain we found it only served the Utility room.
After some effort and help from the customer we managed to open the sealed drain and found the blockage instantly. with a little poking and soaking we flushed the blockage away.
Once clear we cleaned the chamber lids to ensure they would not get stuck again.
