this is why u dont get budget construction workers that dont know wtf they are doing or dont care to do a proper job. learned my lesson as well with my bathroom reno, seems the person used some low quality caulk on mines and everything is just cracking and crumbling away

If i may guess about the drain gang. Magpie quit earlier because of the smell too strong. Kookaburra didn't like the smell too, but stays on a distance still supporting you. Crock did eat Roach and Baby Rat before fleeing. And Ratty is now hunting Crock to get revenge. Or they are all taking a long "holiday" .

As a retired licenced general contractor, I've seen my fair share of botched jobs. Always make sure the subs are licensed and insured with good valid references. Good job Ollie from USA.!!!!

Great under- the - house analysis of the new construction and it's horrible results from doing things wrong. Using the camera finds one error but was an easy fix . Toliet should go out on another separate line to the existing newer gulley found in the beginning. Homeowners should be made aware of the shady work the new plumbing " experts" did!

Looks like the remodel crew either didn't have a plumber or had a bad plumber. I've never worked any kind of construction. I only know about a gulley and that you can't run a toilet through it because I watch Drain Addict. But on my worst, most brain addled day, I would know the right way to insert that plug. Looks like it won't be a big job to correct the erreo, with everything accessible and above ground. But, I'm pretty much of an idiot. There may be more to it than I can see. Job well done. Oliver.

The one thing watching this channel confirms for me is that for every one decent plumber out there, there’s at least 7 cowboys who either don’t know or don’t care about the job they do. And in my experience, price is not always a good barometer of competence.

You know, it must be rough being the best in a very large town like that. I'm the best where I work. I have the most experience as a mechanic. I get all the complex jobs, and also feel guilty if I have to call off work or go on vacation(cause nothing will get done on my jobs, I'm a bus mechanic for the government). Everyone must want a piece of you all the time, I'll bet your phone never stops ringing(like a good AC man in FL). I'm sure that must ne stressful.

It's too bad the contractors botched the job by not connecting the toilet to the correct line, putting the cleanout plug in the wrong way, and leaving a hole in the pipe where the line exits the building that allowed sewage to leak inside the crawl space. If I were that property owner, I would be as mad as hell. Great video as always, Ollie.

Seems like a.messed up pipe connection but you're there to give first aid to the problem. Just afraid that the reconnection of the pipes might cause another blockage. Great troubleshooting work! 👍🏼💪🏼

So they didn't have that extra length of pvc pipe and angles to connect the toilet properly, so thought stuff it this will do🤪
