Blood ANd Bone is one of the best Martial Arts movies you will see anywhere. In fact it is so good, that every time I see it pop up in my feed, I find that I end up watching it all over again. It is truly a first-class movie and soooo underrated.

Cinematography was good, and casting. The acting was either very good or... was the fucking director napping. Dialogue was mixed too. It seemed to settle for aiming at an audience, rather than make a great film.

Brings back alot of memories. When i used to live with my perents and was little boy i remember downloading the movie, but couldnt watch it right a way because i had to help my dad for something. Later same evening i watched it and this movie has speciall part in my heart since then ❤

After just finishing watching it for like the tenth time, I think I'' go as far as saying that Blood and Bone is probably the best martial arts movie ever made, mainly because the fight scenes are so original and believable. They're not necessarily long, MJW is very efficient with his moves (i.e. he takes his opponents out as fast as you would expect of a highly skilled fighter) so the fight scenes are not unrealistically long and drawn out. And that last fight seen is pure class. I've never seen a martial arts fight scene so "believably well" choreographed. If anyone can direct me to a more action-packed/realistic movie fight scene, I'd love to see it for myself.

The original Ong Bak is in a pretty similar vein. A lot of fights are short and efficient, while showcasing clean Muay Thai techniques (as opposed to Karate-style techniques of MJW).

Michael Jai White is underrated as an actor and i have yet to see him in ANY role that i didn't like,may he have continued success

+16davelle Yoo dude MJ White is not underrated at all, he just keeps himself low-key because he has other important activities going on in his life. MJ White has great discipline of keeping his career of acting, training & family life as a balance. IMO I think that's been the key to his training.

Tiger Snake Lol,there are a lot of people who don't know who he is or even heard of him but in my book he is a great actor who i feel has done Oscar worthy recognition acting,not trying to be argumentative at all but being low-key doesn't make one any less or more publicly known or rated,take Prince for instance he is a very low-key dude but his rating when it comes to music is up there plus EVERYONE has heard of him

+16davelle Don't get me wrong dude, I totally understand what your saying & you are right in that sense that MJ White should get more recognition. He's played in a lot of movies that's worth noticing. But the reason why I talked about him keeping himself low-key is because I've watched most of his documentaries of when different people interview him, he doesn't go out his way to show himself off or try to gain any publicity, but different presenters make the effort to interview him. He's one of those actors that's well known by lots of people but people forget to talk about him for some reason, unlike 'Wesley Snipes' now he's noticeable lol.
