#1 rule when fighting a daemon player, always ignore the great unclean one. You'll never kill it unless you focus it down with EVERYTHING. Even then, good luck. Awesome game.

@@Ultrama-ri7pz great unclean one is just insanely tanky. Getting the enhancement for 4+ feel no pain makes almost impossible, best thing you should do is avoid it. And try to outmaneuver it.

The armour plates over the tracks that you see on the land raider crusader/redeemer are actually grenade projectors. In older codexes they had frag autolaunchers placed over the side doors to cover disembarking infantry. The ironclad dreadnought and assault centurions have the same projector panels on the front of the hulls. For those wondering: the basic land raider does not get the grenade panels

I love Great Unclean Ones. They are just so tough and flavorful. Demons in general are just so much fun. And Steve's Blood Angels were an absolute delight. I love to see Tactical Marines on the table.

27:28, you can only use daemonic invulnerability in your opponent's shooting phase. It can never protect you against CC. Also, just before this, the land raider rolled to hit on 5s against the GUO, but I believe it should have been 4s. A hit roll can never be modified by more than 1.

While Steve's Blood Angels with white helmets look great, I'm going to "well, actually." Blood Angels unfortunately don't ever have white helmets. A standard Tactical Marine or Intercessor will have a red helmet; an Assault Marine or Intercessor will have a yellow helmet; a Devastator Marine or other heavy support like an Aggressor or Hellblaster will have a blue helmet; lastly, veterans without terminator armor like Sternguard will have golden helmets.

21:50 maybe a noob question but I thought Big Guns Never Tire allowed Monsters to fire in Overwatch even if locked in combat. Can someone explain why I am wrong? Thanks!

So the reason he couldn't Overwatch the Terminators is because Big Guns Never Tire only allows a Monster or Vehicle to shoot at what they're locked in combat with (so the Lord of Change can only shoot the Van Vets) Edit: So I'm wrong, after doing some research apparently Big Guns Never Tire only applies to the Shooting Phase, so since it was the Terminators Movement Phase that's why he couldn't Overwatch.

Great Battle Report! I really enjoy this format of 40K in 40Mins, keeps the action and the attention on - it inspires me for making my own videos! Can I ask you for some advice please? I am learning to do battle report videos for some of my games that are a lot more obscure but I'm a beginner with video editing, how do you add those special effects like gunshots and stuff, what kind of program do you use for that?

We edit everything in premiere. The gun effects are visual templates gathered from all around the internet as overlays.

PlayOn TableTop! I have a rules question for you! When you measure to the "hull" of something with no base, do you measure to the closest part of that model? Or do you define what the hull is?

In most games I play we define measurement to any point of the model. Exceptions are made for things like big banners, flags, sails, or decorate parts that really extend past the model. When my opponents and I discuss this and set expectations before the game, it is immersion breaking when someone is shooting you or being shot from the top of their banner. Sometimes if you see a model where something is modelled uniquely to extend well beyond the model's core and base you can ask if they are counting that as part of it. Go with what both players come to an agreement on.

Space Marine Steve games are typically shot in the evening, after he is done guiding the future of mankind, and that puts some limitations on how we capture the games. There are similar factors sometimes with other game shoots as well. We do enjoy 2,000 points and they do happen also. It is a game-by-game basis.
