If a Recluse is made mad as the Mezz and gives out a Mezz word, can they register as the Mezz for that word?

Registering as a minion doesn’t mean that the recluse gets the ability. They aren’t an Alchemist.

I don't believe there's an ability that can make the recluse be mad about being the Mez. Cerenovus specifically requires them to be mad about being a good role - with a jinx specifically for goblin which allows them to make people mad as the goblin.
