I realise it's six months late, but "Overmorrow" means "the day after tomorrow". It's just not a word we use any more.

The other word is "bifler", for those wondering if we really do have a word for that.

If someone else was executed they would have lost the juggler ability before getting a number so it wouldn't have any effect.

sounds like a evil twin without knowing who the good one is afterwards so this would need to work even when death otherwise it's just a less powerful evil twin

@heylolp9 I definitely agree with it still working in death. When I was envisioning scenarios with the character, I think that's something I just assumed would happen (like a final 3 win with the demon and target, but not the Surrogate), but it slipped my mind to add that clause in. With the Evil Twin, it's not my favorite minion, largely due to the likelihood it gets outed early and either can isolate the twins or just become a stalling tactic because of the auto-loss condition for good, and town doesn't want to deal with until near the end. I was hoping to create something similar, but rather than punish good with its effect, reward evil, plus not make it clear who the target is (almost like a Lleech host, but evil doesn't automatically lose if the target dies). Whether or not it needs the clause about everyone knowing they're in play, I'm undecided. The character also has slight Fearmonger vibes, so maybe that's why I added it. If it seems a bit weak even working in death, then I think it can go without being announced, and maybe that balances it better.

Cool idea, similar vibe to leech host but harder to detect. For it to work, it must specify it works whilst you're dead. I'd suggest incorporating something more than just "know you are in play" to this, as otherwise there is literally no way to know who has been selected, and it's literally a dice roll of killing townsfolk until there are two players left. I would say something unique and interesting like- "Anyone who visits you in the night yields false information", in that any time someone tries to learn information about you would be lied to as though it were a Vortox. Alternatively, you choose a role when you pick them, and that's what everyone would see them as. "On your first night, choose 1 good player and 1 good role. The player you choose will register as that role to any information gatherers. If there are less than 3 players alive and they haven't died, your team wins. All players know you are in play." Those can throw people off, but also make it possible to work out what's happening.

@nettogames4268 I do like the idea of there being some puzzle for good to solve to find the target, although I think it could still work without any misinformation. For example, if good suspects certain players of being evil lifting votes off of one player (like a Lleech host), that could be a sign. Something like Fearmonger, which I feel it has similarities with (as they're both announced), has no misinformation to solve, just social reads on who's keen to nominate one particular player.

@@taylorpentsa8716 Fearmonger is very different because that's a minion who has to rely on bluffs and faking information to stay under the radar. Likewise with Leechhost, the host is poisoned. If someone can work out that they're perpetually poisoned, that opens up the possibility of them being the host.

There's no rule in the game that says the nominator gets special time to speak. Rule #1 is that players may say whatever they want at any time, so really when a nomination happens anyone should still be able to talk at that point. - Evin

@@BloodontheClocktower I’ve always just liked the “accusation, defense, then open discussion” I’ve seen in a lot of your videos. So I’ve kind of stuck with that frame of nominations. I may be wrong, but my players and I enjoy it.

To be fair, for someone to pass their accusation to a dead player, said dead player has already convinced the living player during the day. It's usually a case of "you've convinced me, let me give you my spotlight to convince everyone else as well" instead of "let me use my spotlight to try to retell your world which has convinced me".

@@BloodontheClocktower that was the only rule I got wrong in the quiz because if you did talk whenever you’d make a lot of enemies haha

That's a convention that comes from online play to prevent overtalking
